    Bill Kenyon and Dr Howard Jackson embarked upon a unique partnership. Dr. Jackson sought a partner whose experience in healthcare administration proved to be the perfect match. TRU opened with two clients in 1992 and has expanded into a series of specialised units offering a comprehensive range of services.
